Privacy Policy

Account details you provide (name, email, company, role), the recordings and context you submit for audits, payment metadata from Stripe (we never store full card numbers), and basic usage data needed to operate the service.

To generate your audits, operate your account and credits, process payments, send transactional and product email, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

We use trusted third parties to run the service: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI analysis of submitted frames), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their function.

Source recordings are never stored — only extracted frames are uploaded, and those are deleted on a rolling 30-day schedule after an audit completes. Generated audit outputs are retained as your record until you delete your account.

We use essential cookies for authentication and a referral attribution cookie when you arrive via a referral link. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
