Terms of Service

ActivateFirst (“we”, “us”) provides AI-assisted activation audits of product onboarding flows. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to analyze any product or flow you submit.

The service runs on prepaid credits. New accounts include a one-time free credit allotment. Additional credits are sold in packs and do not expire. Purchases are processed by Stripe; credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If an audit fails to complete, the credits charged for it are automatically refunded to your balance.

You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe intellectual-property rights, submit content you are not authorized to analyze, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

You retain ownership of the recordings and materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them to generate your audit outputs. Source recordings are discarded after frame extraction; extracted frames are retained for a limited period to enable re-runs, then deleted.

Audit outputs are generated with AI and are provided for informational purposes. They are not guarantees of any outcome. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
