Top findings
- 1Google 2-Step Verification redirect (frame 7) sends users into a full external authentication flow on accounts.google.com — including phone-based verification — with no progress indicator, no time estimate, and no fallback path shown. This is the single highest drop-off point in the flow and is entirely outside Lovable's control once triggered.
- 2The blank white OAuth callback screen (frame 8) shows a completely empty white page at auth.lovable.dev while the authentication resolves — no spinner, no 'Logging you in...' message, no Lovable branding. Users experiencing any latency here have zero confirmation the product is working.
- 3The role-selection survey screen (frame 9 — 'Which role fits you best?') appears after authentication is complete but before the user reaches the builder, adding a mandatory gatekeeping step with no visible skip option and no explanation of why the answer matters — creating a K-Gap at the exact moment users have the highest motivation to see the product.
